Healthy Solutions Shrimp Scampi

What you will need:

Large Bowl

Skillet

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb Raw Shrimp

2 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Healthy Solutions Shrimp Scampi seasoning

2 tbsp Water

1/2 cup Cooking Sherry

12 oz, Noodles - Cooked

1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes

Instructions:

Place seafood in a shallow bowl and sprinkle both sides with seasonings. Add water and 1/4 cup of sherry. Save remaining sherry. Let stand while cooking noodles. On medium heat in large saucepan heat oil; add seafood with liquid and sauté for 3-5 minutes or until seafood turns pink. Don't overcook. Add tomatoes and remaining sherry long enough to heat. (Adding the wine at the end enhances flavor). Serve over cooked pasta.
