Homemade Yogurt - Easier than You Thought!

If you are like me, You love Yogurt! Yogurt has so many health benefits, the list is amazingly long. But it is the fact that it is delicious, that draws most people in. I mean, you can mix it with just about anything. Toss in your favorite fruits, nuts or granola and you have a healthy amazing meal in minutes. Today I am going to show you something that I wish I had know about years ago. Homemade Yogurt that is easier to make then you thought!

Now, before we get into why Yogurt is delicious and all the recipes we can use to create unique dishes, lets talk about the health benefits of Yogurt and Probiotics.

What Are Probiotics?

According to Webmd.....

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for you, especially your digestive system. We usually think of these as germs that cause diseases. But your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called "good" or "helpful" bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy.

You can find probiotics in supplements and some foods, like yogurt. Doctors often suggest them to help with digestive problems.


How Do They Work?

For me, this is a big deal, not only have I been living with an Ulcer for over 5 years, but I have severe heartburn, that can leave me sleep deprived and uncomfortable for hours. This is great for me, since I forget more than I remember, leaving me in constant agony.
