Oven-Baked Spinach Dip


This dip is a petite and tasty snack! The main ingredients are spinach and artichoke, and if you don't like artichokes, don't worry, you can't really taste it! See the recipe here, and be ready to dig in when it's done!


Cook Time - Preparation: 15 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes - Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach, (frozen or fresh)

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes.
