Raspberry & Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Today I was totally in the mood for a Smoothie Bowl, so Izzy and I spent 20 minutes on the internet trying to find a simple recipe for ingredients we had. which were bananas, strawberries, a Mango and some raspberries. We were limited, but we finally found one that I absolutely have to share.

Which kinda irked me when I found the recipe as I am a huge fan of her blog, she has amazing bowls and vegan recipes all the time. Everyone Knows I am not a vegan, but that doesn't mean I don't love veggies LOL.
So Here is My Version of her amazing recipe, which turned out almost the same, minus the roses :-) Oh yeah and I didn't have raspberry hearts, I only had white chocolate, but if I am not mistaken, the pink are just dyed white chocolate, so I think we are on the same page.
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen raspberries (I froze Fresh Ones)
1/4 cup frozen mango (I cut this into pieces and freeze, while still fresh and typically use within the month.
1/4 teaspoon baobab powder (optional) - This is what is used to thicken my smoothies and milkshakes
1/2 cup Whole Vitamin D Milk (Yes, I know it is more fattening, however as someone that has been with nutritionists and personal trainers off and on for years, I know one thing, the less processed the better.
Dragon Fruit Balls & Chocolate Hearts as Garnish (Optional, of course)
1: Blend everything but the Garnishes
2: Top with whatever you want.
