Spicy Grilled Corn


This recipe is savory, spicy, and just an overall lovely treat to have on your table on a beautiful day and the grill. Read below to see how to make this sassy take on corn on the cob.


Cook Time: Total: 30 min Prep: 5 min Cook: 25 min

What you will need:

Barbecue Grill

Large Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter at room temperature

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 ears of corn, shucked with husk and silk removed

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix the butter, paprika, red pepper flakes

and salt and pepper to taste. Rub the spiced butter on the corn, coating

completely.

Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and place on the

grill. Cook 20 to 25 minutes, turning several times for even cooking. Carefully remove the foil.

Serve immediately!
