Totally Tasty Tater Tot Casserole
Early motherhood teaches you to throw meals together at busy times, even though this is how this dish was created, it is not one of those that tastes like it, especially after I was done tweaking it. I have been asked on many occasions to make this one for gatherings and pot luck dinners. The whole meal costs about $10 to feed 6 people with a salad, so it is well worth the money and it is very little time to prepare it.

add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté about 3-4 minutes, add in the onions and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic to the onion and mushrooms and cook for an additional minute.

Transfer ground beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
