Wonderfully Tasty Blueberry Pancakes
I haven't met a single person that doesn't like pancakes! Blueberry pancakes are among the lovely array of options to customize your breakfast! See the recipe here, and dig into the fruity delicious dish!
Cook Time: Preparation - 10 minutes, Cook: 15 mins - Total: 1 hour 15 minutes
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/4 tspwhite sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In another bowl, beat together egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium high heat and oil lightly. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve immediately!
